Islamkot is situated in Tharparkar district of Sindh, Pakistan, between the towns of Mithi and Virawa It is a commercial settlement and a location of a small international airport. The town is pretty small and its population is close to 24,000 people. There is approximately half population of Islamic culture and the other half is Hindu culture. The establishment is listed under hindu temple category. Local Hindus or the Valmiki Janta visit the temple for their religious activities. This temple is maintained by the Pakistan Hindu Council and the Balmiki Janta of Multan.
